This talk describes an incredibly accurate, decades-in-the-making, software model for the human body. Dr. Summers is an attending physician, professor and associate vice chancellor for research at University of Mississippi Medical School and a member of the team that developed HumMod, the world’s largest mathematical model of integrative human physiology, simulating the interaction of 6,000 variables describing cardiovascular, respiratory, renal, neural, endocrine, skeletal, muscle and metabolic physiology.
