Maisie Brown: Embrace The Social Media Generation

Parents and educators have spent a lot of time and energy wringing their hands over the downsides of social media. What about the benefits? A generation hungry for positive change is focused on using technology to make change happen. Maisie Brown is a 15-year-old freshman at Jim Hill High School where she is enrolled in the International Baccalaureate program. She is a Duke TIP scholar, National Honor Society member and a classically trained pianist.
